These terms govern your use of Argo and any related services provided by Argo Labs.
This is a working draft written to be replaced. Have it reviewed before the App Store submission.
Using Argo
You must be at least 13 years old to use Argo. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
Your content
The stays, rankings, notes, and photos you add remain yours. You grant Argo Labs the limited licence needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you within the app.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.
Argo Club subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other people’s data, reverse engineer the app, or use Argo to break the law.
Availability and changes
Argo is offered on an “as is” basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. Where changes are material we’ll give reasonable notice.
Termination
You can stop using Argo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
